Our focus is caregiving: support for elderly clients, people recovering after hospitalisation and families needing ongoing assistance at home.

Our story
Heartfelt Caring Agency marks a new chapter for Agnes Mouers, joined by business partners Nicolette Mouers and Cassidy Botha. Together, we are building a Cape Town agency centred on kindness, dignity and dependable caregiving.
Our priority is private home care in Table View, the West Coast and Milnerton, with care enquiries welcomed from across Cape Town.

To provide dependable, compassionate caregiving and companion-care support that helps people live comfortably and safely in the place they call home, and to create dignified work for skilled caregivers in Cape Town.
