No guarantee of placement

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment, engagement or placement. All placements depend on agency review, client requirements and availability.

Accuracy of information

You confirm that the information and documents you submit are true, complete and your own. Misrepresentation may result in an application being declined or a placement ending.

Screening

Applicants may be required to complete appropriate screening steps, including reference checks, before being accepted by the agency. Requirements may vary by role.

Documents and privacy

Documents you upload are stored securely and used only for recruitment and placement purposes, in line with our POPIA privacy information.

Scope of work

Caregivers placed by Home and Hearts provide non-clinical caregiving and companion care. Clinical or nursing tasks fall outside the scope of our services.
