How the process works

Complete the application form and upload your supporting documents.

Agency review
We review your experience, qualifications and documents.

Interview
Shortlisted applicants are invited for an interview and screening steps.

Placement
Approved caregivers are considered for suitable placements as they arise.
Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or placement. Placements depend on agency review, client requirements and availability.
Coming later: the automated caregiver-matching platform is planned for a future phase. For now, every application is reviewed by the agency and matched to placements by Agnes and Christina personally.
