Scope of services
Home and Hearts Caring Agency provides non-clinical caregiving and companion-care services. We do not provide registered nursing, medical treatment, diagnosis or emergency medical care.
Enquiries and placements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for services. Placements depend on caregiver availability, client requirements and agency review, and are confirmed in writing.
